3. Original and a photocopy of your current license (if licensed)
4. Any original valid CSCE's and a photocopy of each
5. Medical Exemption certificate, if applicable (see VE)
6. Check to ARRL/VEC in the amount of $15.00 for the exam fee.

The clubhouse is reached by taking the E. Blythdale exit to Mill Valley from Highway 101. Drive west toward Mill Valley only one block to the intersection of Tower Road. Turn right on Tower, then continue on Tower through a jog to Shell. Turn left on Shell and look for an old firehouse at 27 Shell Road.

To reach Agilent from 101 Northbound, exit at Bicentennial, go east.
Bicentennial merges into Fountaingrove. At the third traffic light,
turn right into Agilent Technologies driveway. From 101 Southbound,
exit at the Hopper/Mendocino exit, turn left, turn left again at the
traffic light by the Union 76 station, cross over the freeway, and
continue straight, you are now on Fountaingrove Parkway. At the third
traffic light after crossing Mendocino Ave, turn right into Agilent

TALK-IN 145.350 - RPT AAA Map Sonoma County G1. From the south into Sonoma Valley take Hwy. 116 from Petaluma or Hwy. 37 to Hwy. 121, then to Hwy 116. Go north to Arnold Drive, toward Glen Ellen. When you enter the state hospital  "SONOMA DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER" Eldridge, turn left past flashing light stop sign. Go west on Wilson to the McDougall Building. From the north, 
go south on Hwy 12 to Arnold Drive. Turn right, go through Glen Ellen to the state hospital
"SONOMA DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER" Eldridge. One block past flashing light/stop sign,
turn right on Wilson to the McDougall Bldg.
