Technician Classes:

Technician training classes will begin Sunday March 8th, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Marin Amateur Radio Society Clubhouse 27 Shell Rd. Mill Valley.

The classes consist of 18 hours of in depth discussion with interaction between students and teachers to not only prepare participants to pass their FCC test for a Technician Operating License but will have loads of advice to help you understand and enjoy your new operating privileges.... Class dates are March 8, 14, 21, 28 with the final class April 4th.

Directions to MARS Clubhouse MAP
The clubhouse is reached by taking the E. Blythdale exit to Mill Valley from Highway 101. Drive west toward Mill Valley only one block to the intersection of Tower Road. Turn right on Tower, then continue on Tower through a jog to Shell. Turn left on Shell and look for an old firehouse at 27 Shell Road.

Directions to Kaiser Hospital, Building 2. 

The Kaiser Hospital complex is located in the Terra Linda district of San Rafael.  The complex is reached by taking the Freitas Parkway exit from Highway 101 and continuing west to the  third stoplight which is at Las Gallinas. Turn left onto Las Gallinas then right onto Nova Albion Way. Then turn right from Nova Albion Way onto Monticello Road. The first building on the left is Building 2.  Park in lot A and enter through south door.
